‘I am a current volunteer working on a micro-finance project in Sitabaale. When everything is said and done, my stay will be just over 10 weeks. Since I have arrived, everyone has made me feel welcome and included in the TASAAGA family.  We work and play together and it really is like a family!
I came to TASAAGA and Uganda to make an impact, not realizing what a huge impression the country and its people would permanently leave on me. To be honest, in a developing country like Uganda things get frustrating at times, but the good consistently out-weighs the bad.  TASAAGA is a small organization where creativity and forward-thinking are encouraged. It has been rewarding on so many levels and to see the progress we are making just makes you want to work harder! TASAAGA is an organization I am sure to never forget. I haven’t left yet and I am already scheming about when I can come back! haha -J ’

'I've visited TASAAGA on four occasions over the course of three years and have never had such great experiences and made such good friends and I will be back again soon. I have seen the organization develop over the years and am committed to doing my part to help TASAAGA become everything that it could be. With a trusty and dedicated man such as Bruhan at the helm I am convinced that TASAAGA has the heart and soul to continue doing  good work and with the support of its volunteers from all over the globe to keep on expanding and acheiving on a greater and greater scale.

TASAAGA has something for everyone, regardless of age or experience. It will guide you if needs be or give you the freedom to pursue your own ideas and will never constrict your personal skills and ingenuity. Because its based in the community the fees you contribute as a volunteer cannot fail to make it in to the hands of those who really need them. I could go on and on ... Peace, Robin.'
